Prior to beginning play, a coach, team rep or club director must confirm his/her team's presence at the tournament by checking in.
Check-in is ONLY available at the CenturyLink Convention Center*
Friday 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 10:30am
ALL TEAMS must be checked in no later than 10:30am on Saturday morning.
*There is no team check-in available at Nebraska Elite Sports and Fitness Complex.
No team will be permitted to play until the check-in process is completed. All games will be scored as a forfeit until a team has completed check-in at the CenturyLink Convention Center.
This is the first major event of the season, so we strongly urge all teams to check in on Friday evening to avoid long lines on Saturday. If you are arriving late on Friday, we suggest that you send a representative to check-in for you on Friday evening.
If you choose to wait until Saturday morning to check-in, we strongly advise you to arrive at 7:00 am. If you wait to check-in until Saturday and are not checked in prior to your first match, you will forfeit that match. Last minute schedule changes could cause you to have to play immediately and we will not hold matches while you complete the check-in process regardless of how long the line may be.
Teams will need to use the Bar Coded Check-in Form from tm2sign.com. The check-in form will have a barcode at the top, this is required for the check-in process. If your form does not have a barcode in the top right corner, you have not printed the correct form. Club Directors and/or Coaches can print this form.
There are no printers available at the event. You are responsible to provide your own check-in form.
Please have the Coach, Team Rep, or Club Director present the signed, bar coded form at The CenturyLink Convention Center to complete check-in.
The signed check-in form is verifying that all the roster information is both complete and correct and that all the coaches for the team are Impact Certified.
The Coach, Team Rep, or Club Director who signs the form is responsible for verifying that everything is correct and true on the roster. Teams are advised that any penalties for incorrect information will be assessed regardless of who signed the roster.
No team will be permitted to play until the check-in process is completed. All games will be scored as a forfeit until a team has completed check in.
An email containing the check-in process will be sent to all Club Directors approximately 5 days before the event.
